Product Engineer
We're looking for a Product Engineer who combines product thinking with shipping working software - from scope and estimation, through implementation with AI agents (e.g. Cursor), to quality and handover. You'll run projects as a one-person army or in a small team with an Experience Designer: frontend and backend, API integrations, scope and gate discipline (not "more code", but client outcomes). Working with AI so the result meets defined quality standards will matter. We offer remote work in an environment where we build real business systems, not just brochure websites.
Required technologies: React.js, Next.js, Spring Boot, PHP, Node.js, RestAPI, Docker, AI agents (Cursor or equivalent), Git
Experience Designer
We're looking for an Experience Designer who combines UI/UX design with ownership of user experience quality - from research and wireframes, through empty / error / loading / success states, to manual testing before launch. You'll work side by side with a Product Engineer: Figma (and Make exploration when you need to validate direction quickly), clear handoff and smoke tests. Translating user needs into a coherent interface - and making sure "looks good" also means "works and is maintainable" - will be key. We offer work in a small team where design is not a silo, but part of shipping the product.
Required technologies: Figma, manual testing, UI states and user flows; nice to have: Figma Make, HTML/CSS basics
Forward-Deployed Engineer
We're looking for a Forward-Deployed Engineer who is comfortable close to the client and the business: discovery, integrations, architectural decisions and rollout - from requirements to a working system in the client's environment. You'll translate business goals into a concrete solution design (ADR, NFR, Path A/B), close API and data integrations, and ensure cutover and monitoring are not "sometime later". This role combines delivery lead and architect skills: not only code, but communication, risks and evidence that the system can be maintained. We offer projects with visible impact on client processes, and collaboration with Product Engineers and AI Engineers.
Required technologies: RestAPI, system integrations, Docker, observability (logs/metrics/alerts), Git; nice to have: PHP or Node.js / Python, client CMS or CRM
AI Engineer
We're looking for an AI Engineer who builds solutions based on agents and language models (LLMs) - from model choice and data context, through interaction flows, to stable integration with APIs and product infrastructure. You'll design and optimise agents and automations (in code or tools like n8n/Make), care about answer consistency, data security and reuse of engines across projects. Combining experimentation with production quality will matter: not a one-meeting demo, but a solution you can monitor and evolve. We offer an environment where AI is not a CV line item, but the core of how 360 works and what we ship.
Required technologies: familiarity with various LLMs, RestAPI, databases, n8n or Make or equivalent automation in code; nice to have: Python or TypeScript, RAG / vector contexts, agent eval / quality basics

On an online meeting you present its features from a user perspective, explaining how it works; then we move to architecture - how it was built - and then through the key features and how they were implemented in code. What matters is both explaining how it works and justifying why specific technology choices were made in that project.
