FAQ

360 Software House doesn't start with technology - it starts by diagnosing the client's business process. The company focuses on large, strategically important systems for businesses that are already established and know their operational constraints, not on small, one-off jobs built from ready-made templates. Before any quote is made, the business goal, risks and first sensible project scope are defined, and delivery happens in stages - a different model from a "we'll build anything for anyone" approach.

The company specializes in three areas: dedicated production systems designed around a company's specific manufacturing process, business operating systems (internal intranet/CRM-class platforms covering processes and integrations that can't be assembled from off-the-shelf SaaS tools), and dedicated B2B sales platforms for manufacturers and distributors. In addition, the team delivers mobile and web applications for startups, e-learning (LMS) platforms, and other dedicated projects and products.

Off-the-shelf tools work well as long as a company's process fits within their limits. A dedicated system makes sense where a company has a non-standard production flow, multiple modules that need to recalculate data against each other, or integrations that simply can't be "clicked together" from a few-hundred-dollar-a-month SaaS subscription. 360 Software House designs systems that connect a company's entire operational flow - from order, through production, to customer service - in one coherent environment.

It's a solution for manufacturers and distributors who manage a network of business partners - for example, partner showrooms or B2B retailers. The platform lets partners browse the catalog (including 2D/3D product configurators) and place orders directly in the manufacturer's system, instead of by phone, email and spreadsheets. It makes sense wherever the number of partners and the complexity of the catalog outgrows manual handling.

AI isn't a separate service - it's a component of systems built from the ground up. In practice that means, for example, a chatbot embedded in a B2B sales platform that answers customers using data from the system, or an agent working inside a production system that can check overdue invoices or order status on request. The condition for a sensible AI implementation is a well-structured company system with a clear API or an MCP server - without that foundation, AI has no access to reliable company context.

If an old system (often 10-15 years old) has a single, well-defined problem, a targeted fix is possible. In practice, such a fix often demonstrates whether a vendor can actually work within complicated legacy code - and becomes the first step toward a conversation about building a new system. For a growing company that insists on patching, the real long-term solution is usually a new system designed around its current needs, not another patch on an old architecture.

The process starts with a free technology consultation, where the project's potential and the client's expectations are established. For larger, more complex systems, the next step is a paid Discovery workshop - the basic variant ends with a scope, architecture and technology recommendation, while the extended variant also includes a clickable interface prototype in Figma. Only after this stage does an implementation quote and staged delivery begin.

The company focuses its expertise on designing and building dedicated systems rather than implementing and integrating off-the-shelf tools from the market. If a project requires this as part of a larger system, it can be quoted individually - but it isn't the company's core area of specialization.

The team works with Java, Node.js and Nest.js on the backend, Next.js/React on the web frontend, and Flutter for mobile apps, complemented by UX/UI expertise and its own DevOps infrastructure (servers, hosting, email). This stack allows the team to build and maintain complex business systems without depending on external contractors at any stage of a project.
