Casa In Spain – real estate in Spain
About the company
Casa in Spain is a Polish-Spanish real estate advisor specialising in primary-market offers on the Costa del Sol and Costa Blanca: apartments, luxury villas and investment plots. The team operates in Poland and in Spain, serving clients in Polish, Spanish, English and German. The brand emphasises 10+ years of experience and guides the client through the entire process - from searching, through legal and formal support, to financing in Spanish banks (a mortgage for non-residents). Educational content (FAQ, blog, e-book) lowers the barrier to entry and supports investment decisions.

Real estate project challenges
- A complex search engine and listing architecture. The website had to handle filtering by region/province/city, property type, market (primary/secondary), price ranges, floor area and amenities (including a pool, garden, proximity to the beach/golf). The priority was quick access to high-purchase-intent “listings”.
- Lead generation and legal compliance. The project provided for multi-point contact capture (the “contact” forms, e-book, “offer by email”) and a landing page with a -50% promotion on legal services with clear terms. All of it was tied to the privacy policy and clear GDPR consents.
- Educating the investor and transactional-informational SEO. In addition to listing pages, we implemented “Mortgage in Spain” and “Rental” sections and guides on buying and security (e.g. concerning ocupas). This increases the domain's authority and covers the full funnel: from research to decision.
Real estate development assumptions at Casa in Spain
We used the WordPress CMS with flexible blocks so that the team could add listings, news and campaign landing pages on their own. The structure was designed “from intent” – entry paths lead straight to the filter for region/province/city/property type, and so on. Bilingual support (PL/EN) was implemented, along with FAQ/Blog/e-book sections as permanent lead-acquisition hubs. For SEO, we focused on location taxonomies, structured data and metadata to improve click-through from search results.
Before
The previous version of the website looked similar but fell short functionally of users' needs – it lacked a listing search, consistent navigation, advanced filters, and clear CTAs for contact and educational materials. The mobile version did not offer a uniform experience, and scattered content made the path from inspiration to enquiry harder. The structure did not make full use of SEO potential (locations, types, market). Overall, the website did not sufficiently support sales processes.
After working with us
The new website is a clear, fast and bilingual site with advanced filtering, credible content (FAQ, blog, guides) and prominently displayed contact points. The promotional landing page, the e-book form and the “offer by email” module in the form of an automatically generated PDF systematically increase conversion. The “Mortgage” and “Rental” sections answer key financial questions, and client testimonials build trust. The client highlights satisfaction with the ease of using the CMS and the quality of leads.
Project
The website includes: a catalogue of listings with precise filters (region/province/city/type/market/price/floor area/amenities), property pages, bilingual content, a blog/FAQ, and the “Mortgage”, “Rental”, “Sales” and “Legal and accounting services” sections. Lead-generation modules were implemented (e-book, forms, an “offer by email” in the form of an automatically generated PDF file) as well as a landing page with the promotion terms. Social media integrations and property galleries are available, and everything is responsive and ready for expansion. The menu also includes an Events Calendar, which is a key element of client contact with the Casa in Spain team.
