We designed automations, assignment rules and communication templates that speed up work without compromising quality.
About the company
360 Software House is a technology company from Łódź that designs and develops web and mobile applications, ERP/CRM systems and e-commerce – from analysis and UX/UI through to deployment. We work end-to-end in agile sprints, with measurable KPIs, CI/CD and an SLA matched to the scale of the business. We focus on security (GDPR, backups, 24/7 monitoring) and stability, and API integrations, post-deployment support and hosting/DevOps are an integral part of our offer.

Project challenges
- Scattered data and inconsistent processes. Teams worked in spreadsheets, email inboxes and messengers, losing context and the history of interactions. The challenge was to build a single “source of truth” with a clear timeline of events for every lead, contact and opportunity.
- Sales predictability and reporting. Management needed reliable forecasts, funnel metrics and activity reports. We had to provide indicators from lead-in to won/lost, as well as near real-time dashboards.
- Automation and minimising manual tasks. The priority was to cut down on “clicking around” (follow-ups, reminders, lead qualification) while remaining GDPR-compliant. We designed automations, assignment rules and communication templates that speed up work without compromising quality.
Development assumptions
CRM 360 was meant to be modular and configurable so it could adapt to the industry, process and team size. We aimed for “zero heavy implementation” on the client's side: a quick start, CSV/Excel imports and ready-made funnel presets. The interface was designed “task-first” – users see the day's priorities and their nearest opportunities right away. The architecture allows for scaling (users, records, automations). The PWA implementation made it possible to manage CRM 360 on mobile devices.
Before
Before CRM 360 was implemented, sales data was scattered and follow-ups depended on individual salespeople's habits. There were no consistent funnel stages or uniform lead qualification. Reports were created manually or in Excel, which delayed decisions and made forecasting harder. Customer acquisition activities and keeping in touch with customers in the future were often ad hoc, and returning to them was entirely down to chance.
After implementation
Today we can work systematically, with a full contact history and clear funnel stages. We have ongoing access to up-to-date activity reports and analyses of acquisition sources. We can track the progress of a contact through the funnel stages and react to changes as they happen. Access to the CEIDG database makes it possible to focus on industries as part of a planned customer-acquisition strategy. A clear and transparent interface speeds up and organises contact with customers.
