DriveLog365 – Smart Driver Assistant App
The DriveLog365 system redefines the standards for managing driver working time and settlement processes in international transport.
About the company
LOGDRIVE Sp. z o.o. is an innovative Polish company delivering modern digital solutions dedicated to the rapidly growing transport and logistics (TSL) sector. The company's flagship product, the DriveLog365 ecosystem, was created with full automation of professional drivers' working-time records and settlements in mind, giving carriers absolute compliance with EU regulations and eliminating the risk of severe administrative penalties. Thanks to integration with government and payment systems, the company is redefining the standards of document management in international road transport.

Project challenges
- The previous contractor's failure and a lack of foundations: The previous software house delivered to the client only a superficial conceptual outline and a clickable UI mock-up in ProtoPie (e.g. a simple logo animation on the start screen). The documentation lacked any key architectural decisions, database, backend logic or source code. Our challenge was to immediately enter the Discovery & Strategy phase and design the system from scratch.
- Precise working-time calculation (regulatory compliance): The TSL sector is subject to strict legal regulations (including the EU Mobility Package). We had to create a reliable calculation engine that records drivers' working time, driving states (with or without cargo) and stops in real time and without errors, eliminating the risk of administrative penalties for carriers.
- KSeF integration and settlement automation: The key market challenge was implementing a secure, two-way integration with the National e-Invoice System (KSeF) directly in the mobile app, so that drivers could settle cost and revenue documents on the road, without having to use external government platforms.
About the project
For LOGDRIVE Sp. z o.o. we created the dedicated DriveLog365 technology ecosystem, which redefines the standards for managing driver working time and settlement processes in international transport. We took over the project in a critical “rescue mission” phase from the previous contractor and turned a superficial, non-working graphic concept into a mature, revenue-generating, Enterprise-class commercial product.
Before
Before working with 360 Software House, the management of LOGDRIVE Sp. z o.o. had only incomplete visual mock-ups with no technological back end whatsoever. In the transport industry itself, drivers settled their working time on paper sheets or in inconsistent Excel files, which created a high risk of errors. The lack of immediate access to data on driver activity made it impossible to calculate pay efficiently and exposed transport companies to severe penalties during ITD road inspections, reaching as much as PLN 10,000 for a single violation.
After working with us
In under a year we turned the mock-ups into a stable, modern commercial ecosystem, DriveLog365, successfully launched on Google Play and the App Store. Drivers received a smart assistant that precisely calculates their working time, automatically generates clear PDF reports and lets them send them to their employer instantly. Thanks to the innovative KSeF module, invoicing takes place directly on the road, and integration with the Stripe gateway allowed the client to launch a fully automated SaaS business model based on recurring subscriptions.
The DriveLog365 project includes:
Dedicated mobile apps (iOS & Android)
- Smart Work Log: A module that records and precisely calculates working time, driving states (with/without cargo) and downtime, with a PDF data export function.
- Authorisation system and profiles: Secure OTP login, integration with Apple, Google and Meta SSO, and management of driver profiles.
- Geolocation-based legal handbooks: Automatic selection of transport regulations in PDF format based on the driver's current location.
- DriveLog Encyclopaedia: A community-built, moderated knowledge base containing tips for drivers.
- Integrated Stripe module: Seamless handling of free plans and paid premium subscriptions directly in the app.
Advanced admin panel (Web)
- User management (CRUD): Assigning and verifying access levels for administrators, managers and drivers.
- Content management system (CMS): A tool for moderating encyclopaedia entries, publishing notifications and uploading current handbooks and invoice templates.
- Reports and analytics: Generating aggregate statistics on user activity, routes travelled and working hours for companies' internal needs.
Backend infrastructure and integrations
- KSeF integration: Two-way, unattended communication with the National e-Invoice System, enabling invoices to be sent and cost documents to be downloaded directly within the app ecosystem.
- PDF generation engine: Fast and secure creation of official reports and route documentation based on forms submitted in real time.
Website conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
- QR code popup: Implementation of an interactive popup window with a QR code that makes the transition from desktop to installing the app on a phone seamless.
- Modern identity: Replacing the logo with a minimalist one consistent with the mobile app interface.
- Navigation fixes: Removing errors in the blog header in the English language version.
- New pricing layout: Replacing a hard-to-read payment toggle with two clear, adjacent blocks, “Monthly” and “Annually”.
- Shortening the user path: Replacing the standard plan-selection buttons with direct links to the mobile stores: “Download on iOS” and “Download on Android”.
- Dynamic free trials: Linking the “Try for free” button directly to the dedicated web address aplikacja.drivelog365.com for immediate user activation.
